Leadership

Peter Rizzo is the president of Riverfront Development, a role in which he leverages his more than two decades of public and private experience, including 14 years devoted to real estate development, design, and construction projects nationwide. He holds a Master of Regional Planning from Cornell University and was a U.S. Presidential Management Fellow.

Mr. Rizzo’s vast experience enables Riverfront Development to operate as a full-service firm, handling all aspects of the development process, from land acquisition and zoning approvals, to management of the design and construction processes, to the operation of the properties we deliver. Our goal is to create beautiful, functional spaces that enhance the lives of our clients.
